Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility approach, scope, feedback channel and assistance options.
Good Ground Serves LLC, the legal provider of its flagship SiteHeros product and service (“SiteHeros”), is committed to providing digital experiences that are usable by people with disabilities.
1. Our accessibility approach
Our forms design standard targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA within its stated scope. This is a design target, not a claim that every page, document, third-party component, customer website or historical item conforms.
This Statement does not certify sitewide accessibility conformance.
2. Measures we are developing
Our accessibility program is designed to include:
- accessibility requirements during design, content, development, procurement, change, and release;
- semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, labels, instructions, error identification, and predictable navigation;
- accessible forms, agreements, checkout, cookie choices, support and privacy-request routes;
- captions, transcripts, audio description or alternatives for media where appropriate;
- accessible documents or equivalent HTML;
- automated and manual testing, including keyboard-only and representative assistive-technology checks;
- review of third-party themes, plugins, embeds, payment, hosting, forms and consent interfaces;
- documented exceptions, remediation owners, priority and target dates;
- role-based training; and
- an accessible feedback and accommodation process.
3. Third-party content and customer websites
Some functions may be provided by third parties, including hosting, payment, forms, scheduling, analytics, video, maps, CRM, security, and account tools. We seek accessible options and report material barriers, but we do not control every third-party update.
A customer website hosted or managed by SiteHeros remains subject to the customer’s content, approvals, systems, and legal duties. SiteHeros’ responsibilities are defined by the applicable agreement and service schedule. Hosting alone does not mean SiteHeros created, controls, or warrants the accessibility of customer content.
4. Scope and limitations
Third-party checkout, account and embedded interfaces; legacy documents; dynamic components; and customer-supplied content may present accessibility barriers. SiteHeros does not control every third-party update or customer contribution. Please tell us about a barrier so we can assess it and provide reasonable assistance or an alternative.
5. Feedback and assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need help completing a SiteHeros process, contact us:
Accessibility feedback and assistance: legal@siteheros.com.
Please describe:
- the page, document, form, or process;
- the barrier;
- the assistive technology/browser/device used, if you choose to share it;
- your preferred format or accommodation; and
- how we can contact you.
Do not include sensitive information unless necessary. We will acknowledge the request promptly and provide a substantive response or reasonable interim alternative based on the issue and applicable law.
6. No retaliation
SiteHeros will not retaliate against a person for requesting an accommodation, reporting a barrier, or exercising an accessibility right.
7. Enforcement information
If an applicable law provides a government complaint or enforcement route, use of our feedback process is not required unless that law says otherwise and does not waive external rights.
8. Review
We will review this Statement at least annually and after material redesigns, new transaction flows, significant third-party changes or substantiated complaints.
