SiteHeros may use white-labeled client portal tools, reseller checkout systems, billing tools, hosting dashboards, domain checkout tools, payment processors, and related third-party systems.
These systems may be provided or powered by third-party providers.
SiteHeros aims to make the client-facing experience as usable as reasonably possible, but accessibility of third-party checkout, billing, portal, domain, and payment interfaces may depend on the third-party provider.
If a user has difficulty completing checkout, accessing a client portal, reviewing billing, or using a SiteHeros service page, the user may contact SiteHeros for assistance.
9. Documents, Downloads, and Media
SiteHeros may provide documents, PDFs, images, videos, downloadable files, guides, legal pages, blog posts, support resources, or other media.
